I read an article on the Web the other day that PRESIDENT Obama is having a very difficult time quitting smoking.I think I can help him.

I would use my own experience with how I was able to quit smoking. I think I had smoked for about 25 years. During that time I tried to quit many times and each time I failed. I guess my head just wasnt into it.

That is until sometime in the early 90 s when I found myself in a hospital bed. When I saw my Dr. he said Id had a heart attack.I told myself I was going to change my ways. I was going to muster up the courage and strength to quit smoking plus I decided it would be a good time to quit drinking too. Dont worry I didnt drink heavy but I just decided what good did it do.

I can honestly say its been about 25 Plus years since I was in that hospital bed and I have not taken a drink or had a cigarette in all that time.

BOTTOM LINE IS MY METHOD WORKS.
