MY THOUGHTS FOR WHAT THEIR WORTH . . .

Am I the dullest knife in the drawer or what?

My truck license tabs are set to expire in about 2 3 days so yesterday I went to the DOL.WA.GOV web site to renew them on line. Its a very easy process and only takes a few minutes.

I selected the option to have my tabs mailed to me and just after I did a big message popped on my screen telling me that my tabs would expire before my new tabs are delivered via US Mail and maybe I should go to the Licensing Dept in Port Orchard and pick them up myself.

That message was enough to cause me to lose any logic thinking I might have had. By that I mean I drove to Port Orchard and picked them up.

But think about this I drive that truck about 50-75 miles TOTAL in a YEAR. The next time I plan on driving the truck will be in late March or April.

WHICH MEANS I DONT NEED MY TABS FOR AT LEAST A MONTH. COULD HAVE SAVED MYSELF A TRIP.
