I've finish clearing of all the files from the PC's my son is going to give to the school in South Kitsap. Man that was a job. I ended up doing a disk cleanup and defrag. . . that took about 3-4 hours. I was having so much fun I decided to do the same thing on two of my systems. It's the kind of stuff you should do weekly but never do. * - - - - - *

* - - - - - * I think I mentioned that I took back my HP TouchSmart PC to Costco the other day. Well last night I was putting some stuff away in my equipment storage closet and found some documentation for that HP system that I had over looked when I was packing it up. I called Costco to ask what I should do and the gal said that I didn't need to return it if I didn't want to, that the system was already sent off to be refurbished and repacked. I told her I was going to Costco tomorrow and would feel better if I returned it to them. I swear there is no BETTER run company than Costco in America. * - - - - - *

It's hard to imagine folks getting riled up once again about the so-called War on Christmas, when they're more worried about how their going to pay for any Christmas celebration at all.
