The Talking Heads have all the answers. . . it's just that they are always wrong. The RIGHT says DEREGULATION had nothing to do with the housing melt down. It was the democrats like Bill Clinton, Barney Frank and others. I say look back in history to the Savings and Loan scandal and just six years ago the EXRON BULLSHIT. To the extent that people got into homes that they couldn't afford they got them because of the DEREGULATION and lack of oversight.
