Well it looks like I'm headed for a HIP REPLACEMENT. At the rate I'm going I'll be ROBO-MAN having replaced my teeth, use hearing aids, wear glasses, I now have a "PIG" valve in my heart. . . give me a break. They scheduled me for Sept. 9th but I think I'm going to change that to Jan. 2009. I need some time to sneak up and this thing plus I have some work to do around my house and yard. * - - - - - * The talking points that McSame and his pals uses is just NUTS. They keep saying that the surge is working and if Obama was the president we would face defeat now.The problem with that is it's PURE BULLSHIT. . . they ignore the fact that Barack Obama would not have gone to war with Iraq and over 4100 of our troops would still be alive. * - - - - - * One more thing on my health issues. I need to lose some weight. . . well lots of weight. That's another reason I need to change the date of my hip replacement operation. What I plan on doing is to weigh myself first thing each day (M-F) and post it here as a reminder of how I'm doing. TODAYS BIG NUMBER: 265 (ouch). * - - - - - *CAN THEY GET ANY MORE PETTY???
