Today I watched the Senate Judiciary Committee, Justice Department Oversight hearing on C-SPAN. They were talking to Attorney General Michael Mukasey.
Except for the name he sure as hell talked like GONZO. He talked around the Water Boarding issue every chance and way he could. It's got to be frustrating to try to get someone to answer a simple question in even the most basic terms and have the jerk go off on left field with his answer. Appearing before Congress for the first time since his confirmation hearings, Attorney General Michael Mukasey continued to duck and wave on the hot subject of waterboarding. He refused to make a straightforward judgement on the legality of the simulated-drowning technique, even in cases where it would involve US citizens. Kinda makes you want GOOD OLD ALBERTO GONZALES BACK.HAND JIVE
First FOX NOISE and later Chris Matthews on Hardball tried like hell to make something out of this picture that wasn't there.
It started when Chris Wallace of FOX asked Hillary about the picture suggesting that it was a SNUB at the State of The Union address the other night by Obama. My first question is what the hell is Hillary doing on FOX NOISE. They'll trash her all day long. Win at any cost I guess. Matthews picked up on it on his show Hardball. He loves to make NOTHING OUT OF NOTHING. Look at the DAMN PICTURE even the casual observer can see that Hillary was shaking Kennedy's hand and Obama was talking to someone else. These guys just make GRAP UP.A NOUN, A VERB AND 9/11 - THAT'S AMERICA'S MAYOR
So Rudy dropped out of the presidential race and now what is FOX NOISE going to do???
