Today in part 4 of our series BUYING THE WAR we learn that some journalists couldn't make sense out of what was going on with this march to war.
You just have to wonder why these guys didn't believe the administration line while so many others did. I'm sure we'll find the answer as we move forward.
WE WRITE LETTERS OR EMAIL
I sent two emails to MSNBC yesterday. One to Chris Matthews here and one to Tucker Carlson below.
In the case of Chris I wondered why he gave Ann Coulter an hour long platflorm to get her HATE out. I think she has enough ways to do that as it is.

To give Ann Coulter a platform to spread her hate is beyond my understanding. I watch MSNBC because I expect a bit more from the Talk Shows. If I wanted to listen to CRAP I'd switch to FOX.
It's not a question of protecting freedom of speech she has lots of ways to get her HATE out there with FOX, her books, and Talk radio which as far as I can tell is 80 to 90 percent Right Wing.
Jon Stewart said it best when he went on CNN's Crossfire and said "Stop, stop, stop, stop hurting America". To me that is just what folks like Ann Coulter and FOX are doing with their RIGHT WING agenda. Stewart might need to show up on HARDBALL after yesterdays show.
Not all shows on the right are as hurtful/hateful as Coulter and FOX. But it seems to me anyone that has watched FOX for just a few days would know the agenda that they promote.
MSNBC at least has a cross section of views and most are not HATEFUL and HURTFUL as the Coulter and FOX team. I'm tired of hearing that I don't support the troops because I want them to come home. I'm tired of hearing that I hate America when I disagree with a policy of the U.S. I want what's best for America and HATE TALK ISN'T THE ANSWER.
I would hope that you would think twice before you bring someone like Coulter on to spread her vile talk.
You need to raise the bar a little.

I sent this email to protest Tuckers lying or just not knowing his facts, which is usually the case.
Hey Tucker,
You lost the debate with Ed Schultz plus you need to tone it down your shouting way to much.
Now take a deep breath you need to start telling the truth or if you don't know the truth you shouldn't just make crap up or repeat things that you have heard.
What I'm talking about is today in TRYING to justify what Ann Coulter said yesterday on Good Morning America you said this:
"The point that she's making is that Bill Maher says this outrageous thing that he wishes the Vice President was killed in a terrorist attack"
Bill Maher said NO SUCH THING.

The other thing I'd like to point out is even if Bill Maher had said it just like you want folks to believe he did that doesn't justify in any way Ann Coulter using that as a crutch. Following that logic your kids should be able to call other kids names just because a neighbor kid does. Is that how you are raising your kids?
