DON'T MESS WITH MOTHER NATURE
Bush's privatization scheme is dead

Most feel it's to riskey and too expensive. It just doesn't make sense to go into debt to "SAVE" money...how can that help.
President Bush is having a news conference tonight. He is going to EXPAND on his Social Security plan. Far as I can tell there is no plan. He's spent the last 60 days going around the country holding these so called "Town Hall" style meetings without a plan.
You know if he is being honest about having everything on the table why then are these "Town Hall" meetings not open to the general public. Seems to me if you believe in your product or position you would want and welcome people there that disagree with your point of view so you can make your case. If everyone agrees with you what's the point of the meeting.

The stock market has been in the tank for the last three months. Now what would that mean to someone that was retiring during that time period and they had one of these PRIVATE ACCOUNTS. I think the chart says it all.

It doesn't hurt to take a hard look at yourself from time to time. This little test should do it. During a visit to the mental asylum, a visitor asked the Director which is the criteria that defines a patient to be institutionalized. "Well," said the Director, "we fill up a bathtub, we offer a teaspoon, a teacup, and a bucket to the patient and ask the patient to empty the bathtub."
Okay, here's your test:
1. Would you use the spoon?
or
2. Would you use the teacup?
or
3. Would you use the bucket
[SCROLL DOWN TO SEE THE NORMAL ANSWER -- AFTER you have made your choice.]
"Oh, I understand," said the visitor. "A normal person would choose the bucket as it is larger than the spoon."
KEEP SCROLLING DOWN
"Noooooo," answered the Director. "A normal person would pull the plug."
So how did ya do?
