JUST LET IT GO…
Man I thought the election was over weeks ago, but from reading the Opinion page of the Bremerton SUN many people just won’t give up. They want a re-vote and continue to spread the lies and rumors that the election was full of fraud. Even today’s paper they use the “Military" votes didn’t get mailed out in time, even though yesterdays paper had an article saying they did go out on time. Some how this RUMOR means you DO SUPPORT our troops. What hog-wash.
I had to get my two cents worth in so I wrote the following letter to the editor.
An open letter to all the “REVOTE” people.
It’s surprising to me that you folks can’t get over this past general election. On the other hand reading over and over the same old tired rumors being repeated in the SUN I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.
On page two of today’s paper the issue of military ballots NOT being sent on time was addressed…THEY WERE sent on time. Yet that rumor has been going around for days if not weeks.
The issue of the “dead men voting” is another non-issue. I heard of one guy that said he voted for his wife after she died (said she didn’t like Gregoire) so he sent in her mail in ballot marked for Rossi. If that’s true he should be charged and prosecuted.
The RULES HAVE NEVER CHANGED. No matter how many time you say they have the truth is they haven‘t. The issue of ballots being changed should be prosecuted if ANYONE…ANYONE can come up with proof.
Go to the King County web site and get the FACTS not RUMORS.
WE DON’T NEED NO STINKING REVOTE …
WE NEED PEOPLE THAT WILL LISTEN TO THE TRUTH AND STOP LISTENING AND SPREADING RUMORS.
